Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 large jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Salt
Directions

Combine parsley, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and vinegar in a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Add mayo and pulse several times to incorporate. Season with salt.
