Ingredients
- 1 pasteurized egg
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp Dijo
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 16 oz jar giardiniera (drained)
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Pulse egg, garlic and Dijon in a food processor. With the motor running, add olive and vegetable oils in a slow steady stream. Add giardiniera and pulse until chopped. Scrape down the sides of the food processor and pulse once more. Season with salt and pepper.
