Giardiniera Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 pasteurized egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tsp Dijo
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 16 oz jar giardiniera (drained)
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Pulse egg, garlic and Dijon in a food processor. With the motor running, add olive and vegetable oils in a slow steady stream. Add giardiniera and pulse until chopped. Scrape down the sides of the food processor and pulse once more. Season with salt and pepper.
