Ingredients
- 5 or 6 chives, very finely chopped
- 10 oz. Camembert cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 to 5 tbsp. beer (Bavarian Wheat Beer)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- salt nd pepper
- chopped chives to garnish
Directions

Remove rind from the Camembert and place in food processor.

Add butter, chives and paprika and process until smooth.

Add beer a Tbsp. at a time until smooth and spreadable.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a crock or bowl and garnish with chopped chives. Can be stored in the refrigerator overnight.

Serve with pumpernickel or rye breads slices.
