Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken drumettes and flats, patted dry
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

In a large bowl, toss chicken with spices and 2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Set a rack on a foil-lined baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Top with wings in a single layer. Cook at 450 until crispy and cooked through, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through. In bowl, whisk remaining ingredients for dip.
