Chipotle Totchos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen potato tots
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 12 slices white American cheese
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped chipotles in adobo
  • 3 tbsp. Mexican crema or sour cream thinned with milk
  • 1/3 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. Bake tots at 425 until crispy, 25 minutes; season. In pan, stir milk, cheese and chipotle over medium-low until smooth, 8 minutes. Pour over tots; top with remaining ingredients.
