Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 12 oz. bag broccoli slaw mix
- 8 oz. frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk rice vinegar, sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt until sugar dissolves. Whisk in vegetable oil. Add broccoli slaw mix, edamame, cilantro and scallions to large bowl; toss and season.
