Persimmon Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup pecans (or other nuts)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter flavor
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, allspice or ground cloves
Directions

collect ripe fruits and remove skin and large seeds. Puree fruit.

Mix all ingredients and spoon two tablespoons at a time onto baking sheets.

Bake about 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
