BBQ Brisket Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Boar's Head Mesquite Smokehouse First Cut
  • Smoked beef brisket, thinly sliced2 (11 oz.) bottles Boar's Head Hot and Spicy gourmet barbecue sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 onion Kaiser rolls, sliced in half

Directions

  1. Shred the beef brisket; set aside.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the barbecue sauce and chipotles. Cook over medium heat until hot. Add the shredded brisket and turn in the sauce until heated through, about 3 minutes.

  3. Place the roll bottoms onm plates and divide the brisket among them. Drizzle with he remaining barbecue-chipotle sauce. Crown with roll tops and serve.
