Ingredients

  • 2 bags of TJ’s Frozen Organic Chicken Wing Sections
  • 1 Tablespoon TJ’s Poultry Rub
  • 1/2 teaspoon TJ’s Smoked Paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoom TJ’s Clarified Butter
  • TJ’s Sriracha Sauce, to taste
  • TJ’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing or Sriracha Ranch Dressing
  • TJ’s Celery Hearts, cut into spears (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine poultry seasoning, paprika, salt and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Add wing sections and toss to cover completely.

  2. On a foil-lined baking pan, place wing sections (no more than 24/pan). Bake uncovered for 50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.

  3. Remove wings from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Raise oven temp to 400°F. While the wings are cooking, mix together the Clarified Butter and Sriracha Sauce. Taste to determine desired spice level.

  4. Toss cooked wings in butter-sriracha mixture. Put wings back in oven and cook to a golden color, about 5 to 7 minutes longer.

  5. Remove from oven, plate and serve with blue cheese or sriracha ranch dressing/dipping sauce and celery spears.
