Mushroom-Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 8 oz. pkg. presliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced

Directions

  1. Melt butter with olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add mushrooms, rosemary, salt and pepper; saute 6 minutes. Add red wine, chicken stock, and cornstarch; cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with rosemary.
