Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 oz. grated Parmesan
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. warm water
Directions

Place spinach, walnuts, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper in a food processor; process until finely chopped. With processor on, slowly add olive oil through food chute. Add water; process until blended.
