Haricots Verts with Warm Shallot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh shallot
  • 2 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz. pkg. microwave-in-bag haricots verts

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-low. Add shallot; saute 4 minutes. Remove pan from heat; stir in sherry vinegar, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook beans as directed; toss with shallot mixture.
