Ingredients
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 large egg white
- 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 cups flaked or shredded sweetened coconut
Directions

Position rack in the upper third of the oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper or well-greased aluminum foil.

Stir together until well combined the condensed milk, egg white, vanilla, and salt.

Stir in the coconut until well blended.

Drop the dough by scant tablespoons about 2 inches apart. Bake until nicely browned, 20-25 minutes.
