Ingredients
- 3 Fresno chiles, thinly sliced on a diagonal
- 2 Hungarian wax chiles, thinly sliced on a diagonal
- 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
Directions

Place chiles in a jar. Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar and salt. Pour brine over chiles, seal jar, and let cool.
