Coconut Whipped Cream

To prepare, place the bowl and beaters in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbl. confectioners sugar
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions

Beat heavy cream until thickened and holding stiff peaks.

Beat in sugar and vanilla only until incorporated.

Gently fold in coconut.
