Bacon-Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and set whites aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in they mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard and pepper. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving.

  3. Hint: To avoid that ugly green ring on eggs, start them in cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Refrigerate until cold.
