Bacon-Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 hard-cooked large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and set whites aside.

In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in they mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, mustard and pepper. Stuff or pipe into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving.

Hint: To avoid that ugly green ring on eggs, start them in cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Refrigerate until cold.
