Lemon and Mint Bowtie Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pkg. bowtie pasta, uncooked
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 6-oz. containers lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
  • 5-6 green onions, green part only, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cup seedless red or green grapes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed; drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer warm pasta to a large serving bowl; toss with oil. Add remaining ingredients; stir to coat pasta and grapes evenly. Serve chilled or at room temp.
