Bean and Chick-Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) cut Italian green beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (20 oz.) 2 green-peas. drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup each thinly sliced green pepper and celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 pimientos, chopped
  • Garlic dressing to moisten

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and toss well. Chill several hours.
