Grilled Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bag lime-flavored tortilla chips
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey jack
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
  • Salsa, for serving

Directions

  1. Toss tortilla chips with 2 cups cheese and scallions. Spread in a foil pan. Spoon beans over the top and sprinkle with jalapenos and remaining 2 cups cheese. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until the cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with salsa.
