Ingredients
- 8 oz. bag lime-flavored tortilla chips
- 4 cups shredded Monterey jack
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
- Salsa, for serving
Directions

Toss tortilla chips with 2 cups cheese and scallions. Spread in a foil pan. Spoon beans over the top and sprinkle with jalapenos and remaining 2 cups cheese. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until the cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with salsa.
