Potato Chip-Bacon Grilled Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bag potato chips
  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack
  • 4 slices crumbled, cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • Sour cream, for serving

Directions

  1. Toss potato chips with 2 cups cheese and bacon. Spread in a foil pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the chips. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with sour cream.
