Ingredients
- 8 oz. bag potato chips
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 4 slices crumbled, cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- Sour cream, for serving
Directions

Toss potato chips with 2 cups cheese and bacon. Spread in a foil pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the chips. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with sour cream.
