Nanbu Focaccia Bread

Good for pizza!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 3 cups flour + 3 1/2 to 4 cups (at most) flour

Directions

  1. Mix and rest 5 minutes.

  2. Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups (at most) flour.

  3. Let rise.

  4. Roll onto sheet pan and let rise.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
