Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons yeast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 cups warm water
- 3 cups flour + 3 1/2 to 4 cups (at most) flour
Directions

Mix and rest 5 minutes.

Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups (at most) flour.

Let rise.

Roll onto sheet pan and let rise.

Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

Brush with oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
