Jezebel Sauce

Serve with roast chicken, pork, or lamb. Also good with cream cheese and crackers.

Ingredients

  • /2 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 2/3 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/3 cup red pepper jelly
  • 1 tbl. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish

Directions

  1. Combine boiling water and apricots in a bowl and let stand 10 minutes.

  2. Drain and finely chop apricots.

  3. Combine apricots, preserves and remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Cover and Chill.
