Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground chicken
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 10 oz. bag ranch-flavored tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- Celery leaves, for serving
Directions

Brown ground chicken in olive oil in a nonstick skillet; season with salt. Stir in hot sauce and butter. Spread chips in a foil pan. Sprinkle with cheeses, then top with chicken. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until the cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with celery leaves.
