Buffalo Chicken Grilled Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ground chicken
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 10 oz. bag ranch-flavored tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
  • 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • Celery leaves, for serving

Directions

  1. Brown ground chicken in olive oil in a nonstick skillet; season with salt. Stir in hot sauce and butter. Spread chips in a foil pan. Sprinkle with cheeses, then top with chicken. Grill over indirect heat, covered, until the cheese melts, 4 minutes. Top with celery leaves.
