Mini Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ground beef
  • 8 oz. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Warm Marinara sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. Mix ground beef and sausage with egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, parmesan, milk, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls and fry in 2 inches 350 degree vegetable oil until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
