Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 8 oz. bulk Italian sausage
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Warm Marinara sauce, for serving
Directions

Mix ground beef and sausage with egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, parmesan, milk, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls and fry in 2 inches 350 degree vegetable oil until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
