Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- Olive oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- Red pepper flakes
- Dried oregano
Directions

Mix ricotta with pecorino and garlic. Stretch pizza dough into a 9×12-inch oval; brush with olive oil. Grill directly on oiled grates over medium-high heat until marked, 4 minutes. Flip and spread ricotta mixture on top. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover and cook until the cheese melts, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and dried oregano.
