Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack
- 1/4 cup shredded smoked cheddar
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno
- 8-inch flour tortillas
Directions

Sprinkle cheese, scallion and jalapeno on a tortilla. Top with another tortilla and wrap tightly in foil. Grill over medium heat, flipping halfway through, until the cheese melts, 5 minutes.
