Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp. water
- 6- 1 1/2 oz. bags of pita chips
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. chopped red onion
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Whisk hummus with yogurt and water. Cut a slit down the front of pita chip bags to open. Drizzle the chips in each bag with the hummus sauce; top each with cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with vinegar and oil and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
