Thai Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
  • 6-inch skewers
  • Peanut sauce and lime wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Toss with lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce; refrigerate 2 hours. Thread onto skewers. Grill on oiled grates over medium-high heat, turning, until cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Serve with peanut sauce and lime wedges.
