Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
- 6-inch skewers
- Peanut sauce and lime wedges, for serving
Directions

Cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Toss with lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and chili-garlic sauce; refrigerate 2 hours. Thread onto skewers. Grill on oiled grates over medium-high heat, turning, until cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Serve with peanut sauce and lime wedges.
