Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp each chili powder and kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch pieces; toss with buttermilk, chili powder, kosher salt and garlic powder. Sprinkle with cake flour; toss to coat. Fry in 1 inch 375 degree vegetable oil until crisp and cooked through, 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with salt.
