Bean and Red Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked wax beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 cup cooked Great northern white beans
- 1 cup cooked kidney beans
- 1 cup cooked green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cooked lima beans
- Dijon Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions

If using canned beans, rinse well.

In a large bowl, combine all the beans. Add the vinaigrette, toss well, sprinkle with the chives, red onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
