Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (20 oz.) white kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 cup purple onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
Directions

Combine red and white kidney beans, celery, green pepper, and onion in medium-size bowl.

Combine oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in small jar with lid. Cover and shake. Pour oer vegetables and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours to ble3nd flavors.
