Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Italian dry salami
- 1 can (1 lb.) cut green beans, drained
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped radishes
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Directions

Cut salami in strips and combine with beans.
- Mix next 4 ingredients, pour over bean mixture and toss lightly.

Chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
