Bean-Salami Salad

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. Italian dry salami
  • 1 can (1 lb.) cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped radishes
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped

Directions

  1. Cut salami in strips and combine with beans.

  2. Mix next 4 ingredients, pour over bean mixture and toss lightly.
  3. Chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
