Ingredients
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp gochujang chile paste
- 4 tbsp. hot water
- Kosher salt
Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the lime juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add the peanut butter and chile paste and mix until fully combined. Slowly whisk in the hot water, 1 tbsp. at a time, until the sauce is pourable. Taste and add salt as needed.
