Ingredients
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 bunch fresh chives, sliced
- Leaves from 1/4 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Directions

In a blender, pulse together the buttermilk, yogurt, vinegar, chives, parsley, and garlic until smooth. Then, with the blender on its lowest setting, slowly add the olive oil. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
