Ingredients
- Leaves from 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely minced
- Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup Dijon
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Kosher salt and black pepper

In a small bowl, stir together the rosemary, thyme, mustard and honey. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
