Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 (15 oz.) cans white beans with jalapenos
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 lbs. chopped ham
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

  1. Cook celery and onion in small amount of water in a large pot.

  2. Add white beans, cream of potato soup and chopped ham. Cook until heated thorough.

  3. Add sour cream and stir well. Serve immediately.

  4. (Do not continue cooking after adding sour cream.)

  5. If desired, use plain white beans and add fresh jalapeno to taste.
