Ingredients
- 1 tender chicken, cut up
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 stick butter
Directions

Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk, then in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and minced onion.

Melt butter in a shallow baking pan in 400 degree oven. As pieces of chicken are placed in pan, turn to coat with butter.

Bake, skin side down, in a single layer t 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
