Bechamel Sauce with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

In small saucepan over medium heat melt butter; stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese and stir 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
