Thai Steak Cocktail Toasts

Ingredients

  • Mini cocktail-style bread, 2 1/2 inches square, toasted
  • 10 oz. sirloin steak
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tbsp. red curry paste
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Cilantro
  • Sliced red chiles

Directions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in an oiled skillet over medium-high heat, 3 minutes per side. Let rest, then thinly slice. Whisk mayo, curry, lime zest, juice and fish sauce; spread on toasts. Top with the steak, curry mayo, cilantro and sliced red chiles.
