Ingredients
- Mini cocktail-style bread, 2 1/2 inches square, toasted
- 10 oz. sirloin steak
- 3 tbsp. mayo
- 2 tbsp. red curry paste
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Cilantro
- Sliced red chiles
Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in an oiled skillet over medium-high heat, 3 minutes per side. Let rest, then thinly slice. Whisk mayo, curry, lime zest, juice and fish sauce; spread on toasts. Top with the steak, curry mayo, cilantro and sliced red chiles.
