Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt to taste
Directions

Place beans and a small amount of water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add beans and garlic; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
