- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Arrange asparagus on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; roll to coat. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese; roll again to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 minutes, or cook on a heated grill for 8-10 minutes, until tender.
