Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 40 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Season chicken all over with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 13×9-inch baking pan. Scatter garlic cloves over chicken. Cover and bake at 400 for 20 minutes; sprinkle with parsley. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced.
