Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut up
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1 22 oz. jar baked beans
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
Directions

In saucepan, cook bacon and onion until bacon is lightly browned and onion is tender. Blend in flour.

Add milk; cook and stir until bubbly. Dice potatoes; add with thyme, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cover; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Stir in beans; heat through. Top with parsley.
