Ingredients
- 1 lb. top sirloin beefsteak, 1-inch thick
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Lemony Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Make dressing: Whisk together all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Broil or grill steak to desired doneness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let steak stand for several minutes; slice thinly. Divide lettuce among 4 plates. Top with sliced steak, onion, tomatoes, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
