Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into bite-size flowerets
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- Parmesan Dressing:
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
Directions

Make dressing: In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

Cook pasta as directed; drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, mix pasta with chicken and Italian salad dressing. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Add broccoli, red pepper and Parmesan dressing; toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
