Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- assorted crackers or bread, for serving
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat, saute mushrooms and onions in margarine until tender. Stir in flour and paprika; add milk and 1/2 cup sour cream. Cook over low heat until mushrooms are tender. Stir in remaining sour cream and seasonings. Serve hot with crackers.
