Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, snipped
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano, snipped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 oz. crumbled feta
- sliced veggies, tortilla chips
Directions

In a bowl, gently stir together tomatoes, avocados, onion and garlic. Mix in herbs, oil and vinegar. Stir in cheese. Cover and chill for 2-6 hours, to allow flavors to blend. Serve with sliced veggies and tortilla chips.
