Appetizer Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 1/2 oz. chopped ripe olives
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies, well drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Seasoned salt to taste
  • 5 flour tortilla, room temp
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salsa

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the first 8 ingredients until blended. Spread over the tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap each with plastic, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours.

  2. Unwrap; cut into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch slices. Discard ends. Garnish with parsley. Serve with salsa.
