Ingredients
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche or hamburger buns, split and toasted
- Optional toppings: lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes and onion slices

Grab a big bowl. Combine chopped green onions, Worcestershire and seasonings. Add the ground beef; hand-mix lightly but thoroughly.

For uniform burgers, make a disc with the beef mixture and cut it into quarters. Pat each portion into a 3/4-inch thick patty.

Clean off your grill grate. Then grill the patties, covered, over medium heat, about 6 minutes per side.

When the burgers are almost cooked to your liking, top with cheese; grill, covered, up to a minute more or until the cheese melts. Pop on buns and serve with your favorite fixings.
