Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups uncooked rotini
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

In a Dutch oven, cook the first 5 ingredients over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain.

Add pasta sauce, salt and water; bring to a boil. Stir in rotini; return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
